The President of the United States, desperate to win reelection, contracts an embittered CIA Agent to stage a daring publicity stunt to garner sympathy votes - a faked kidnapping.  But a security leak turns the presidential prank into an actual abduction, leaving the leader of the free world's life in the hands of a deranged Secret Service officer. Now the only person who can save the Commander in Chief is a man who lost his wife and child in a Presidential-ordered  assassination.
